College is an institution of higher education where an Individual sharpens theintellect and unfolds the mysterious faculties of mind.College library is the heart ofinstitution.It supports process of college education through providing required readingmaterials to the user and opens the doors to the wide world of books which encouragesreading for gain of knowledge andpleasure. College library is also used for recreationand leisure as it provides light reading materials like magazines, Novels, Newspapers andetc.

• There are around 10,000books in the library.
• Thedepartmentallibrariesareequippedwithlatestreferencebookspertainingto varioussubjects.
• The Libraryalso has aBookBankfacilityfor SC and STstudents.
• Libraryconsists of a readingcell & Internetfacility.

• To make library resources available and useful to the students and staff and to sustain and preserve a universal collection of knowledge for future generations.

 Mission:

• To provide right information to the right reader in right time in right way.
• The mission is to provide college students with the information they need to achieve their highest academic, potential and help them acquire research skills necessary for lifelong learning.
• To support teaching faculty and administrative staff and to participate in interactive information to exchange within the wider educational community
• To inculcate and encourage reading habit among the students.
• To organize student orientation sessions regarding library and its resources.
• To provide a peaceful reading atmosphere in the library.
• To provide career related information.
• To provide additional information through the books and internet in order to supplement class room curriculum.

   Future Plans:

• Budget allocation for subscription of on-line journals.
• To increase the total collection of books for the benefit of stakeholders.
• To make partition to reference section, periodical section, newspaper section, stock area.
• To improve the reading habits among the students.
• To tie-up through MOUs with universities and other National levelinstitutions.

• Sunday & Public Holidays Closed

General Rules:

• Readers are requested to deposit their bags\ belongings at the entrance counter
• Members should produce their ID Cards to the staff when asked for.
• Complete silence must be observed within the central library.
• Members are requested to check the condition of the books before getting issued.
• Only one reservation per member per book is allowed per day.
• Underlining, scribbling and tearing of pages or any other type of mutilation of books are straightly prohibited and will be severely dealt with.
• If any member is caught carrying any un-issued material out of central library, he/she will have to pay a fine of RS. 500/- at the circulation counter and student will be debarred from entering into the library for an academic year.
• Switch off their mobile or turn into silent mode while entering into the central library.
